Consumer Satisfaction Survey 2015

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) will be conducting the Consumer Satisfaction Survey 2015 to measure consumer satisfaction on telecommunication and multimedia services.

The survey will be conducted entirely through telephone from the MCMC CATI Centre, Kuala Lumpur, commencing from 24 January 2015 to 30 April 2015. Data collection will be conducted from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm daily including Saturdays and Sundays except Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur/Selangor public holidays. Survey completion and/or extension will be announced on the MCMC website: www.mcmc.gov.my.
