The Postal Services Act 1991 seeks SKMM to ensure the high quality conveyance of Postal articles and to protect the interest of users of postal services.


The National Postal Strategy sets out a roadmap for the Malaysian postal and courier sector 

to maintain the relevance of the sector in the overall development of the nation.

We are pleased to share the upcoming 2 weeks Certificate Course in Advanced Spectrum Management and invite participations.

The programme will be held at SKMM Academy and is a follow-up to the 1 week Basic Spectrum Management Course conducted at the Wireless Communication Centre of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in Skudai Johor.

The course is designed by academics and SKMM regulators with extensive knowledge in spectrum management. During the course, participants are introduced to different physical and technical aspects of spectrum management and thought hands-on how to conduct analyses during interference and coordinating calculations.
