(1) Notwithstanding regulation 31, if the whole spectrum assignment is compulsorily acquired, the spectrum assignment ceases to have effect on the day specified in the notice of the compulsory acquisition.

(2) If a part of the spectrum assignment is compulsorily acquired, the Commission may -

(a) vary the conditions included in the remaining part of the spectrum assignment; and

(b) provide a copy of the varied spectrum assignment to the assignment holder affected by the acquisition.
