12. Someone threatens to do physical harassment or kill me / my family through the Internet.

If the threats you received involve physical or death threats, you may consider to immediately lodge a report at any nearest police stations for further assessment and action under the Penal Code [Act 574]. MCMC will assist the police if necessary.
