My AA has expired. Is there any implication if I continue using the spectrum?

Use of spectrum without AA is an offence and may be penalized as follows:

i.Section 157 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 and shall on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five (5) years or to both; or
ii.Regulation 41 of the Communications and Multimedia (Spectrum) Regulations 2000 and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six (6) months or to both.
