An assignment may - 

 

(a) be issued in the form as specified by the Commission; 

 

(b) state the scope and limits on the assignment holder's ability to transfer or otherwise deal with the whole or any part of the assignment; 

 

(c) state the validity period of the assignment commencing from the date of the assignment was issued; and 

 

(d) contain such conditions as the Commission may impose.
