(1) If the Commission approves an application for an assignment, the Commission shall inform the applicant by written notice of its decision and provide a copy of the assignment to the applicant. 

 

(2) If the Commission rejects the application for an assignment, the Commission shall give the applicant a written notice of its decision and the reasons for the rejection. 

 

(3) In this regulation, the Commission shall inform the applicant by written notice of its decision, as soon as practicable, after making the decision to approve or to reject the application.
