(1) A class assignment shall be valid until cancelled in writing by the Commission. 

 

(2) Before the cancellation of a class assignment, the Commission shall cause a statement to be published in at least one national language and one English language national daily newspaper for at least three consecutive days notifying the public of the cancellation and the date the cancellation is to take effect.
