PART V - PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE UNIVERSAL SERVICE LICENSEE
Section 26. Production or issuance of postage stamp

(1) A universal service licensee shall have the right to produce or issue stamps bearing the word 'Malaysia' in any language, or any national symbol or emblem of Malaysia.

(2) The categories of postage stamps produced or issued by the universal service licensee under subsection (1) shall include definitive, commemorative, special or any other category as prescribed by the Minister.
