Section 35. Electronic postal services

(1) A universal service licensee may provide electronic postal services to enable an electronic message to be conveyed from the sender to the recipient by way of electronic means.

(2) The Minister may, by rules published in the Gazette, prescribe the scope of and fee for electronic postal services.

(3) The Commission may publish guidelines on matters relating to electronic postal services.
