PART IX - GENERAL COMPETITION PRACTICES
Section 40. Prohibition on entering into collusive agreements

(1) A licensee shall not entr into any understanding, agreement or arrangement, whether legally enforceable or not, which provides for -

      (a) rate fixing;

      (b) market sharing; or

      (c) boycott of another competitor

(2) A licensee who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence.
