PART IX - GENERAL COMPETITION PRACTICES
Section 38. Prohibition on anti-competitive conduct

(1) Subject to section 45, a licensee shall not engage in any conduct which has the purpose of substantially lessening competition in the postal market.

(2) A licensee who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence.
