PART XI - POSTCODE AND ADDRESSING SYSTEM AND POSTAL IDENTIFIERS
Section 57. Postcode and addressing system

(1) The Commission shall be vested with the development, control, implementation, maintenance and management of the postcode and addressing system in Malaysia.

(2) The Commission may delegate any or all of its functions under subsection (1) to the Designated Postal Operator or any person determined by the Commission who shall carry out his obligation in the manner specified by the Commission.
