PART XIII - OFFENCES AND PENALTIES
Section 67. Damage to postal network facilities

(1) No person shall wilfully, tamper with, adjust, alter, remove, destroy or damage any postal network facility or any part of any postal network facility.

(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
