Chapter 2 - Enforcement powers of authorized officer
Section 81. Access to computerized data

(1) An authorized officer conducting a searxh under section 79 shall be given access to computerized data whether stored in a computer or otherwise, and for such purpose, shall be provided with the necessary password, encryption code, decryption code, software or hardware and any other means required to enable comprehension of computerized data.

(2) A person who fails to comply with this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
