Chapter 2 - Enforcement powers of authorized officer
Section 92. Jurisdiction to try offences

Notwithstanding any written law to the contrary, a Court of a First Class Magistrate shall have jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act and may impose the full penalty for such offence.
