Section 102. Penalties for subsidiary legislation

Any subsidiary legislation made under this Act may provide for any act or omission in contravention of its provisions to be an offence and may provide for penalties of a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand ringgit or a term of imprisonment not exceeding three years or to both.
