Chapter 3 - Investigation
Seksyen 62. Investigation by the Commission

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other written law, the Commission shall investigate any matter pertaining to the administration of this Act if  —

(a) the Minister directs the Commission to conduct an investigation into any civil or criminal offence under this Act which may have been or may be committed;
(b) the Commissions has reason to believe that a civil or criminal offence under this Act was, is or will be committed.
