PART III - MINISTERIAL POWERS AND PROCEDURES
Section 8. Variation of a direction

(1) The Minister may at any time modify, vary or revoke a direction.

(2) The procedures set out in subsections 7(4), (5) and (6) shall apply in respect of any modification, variation or revocation of a  direction.
