A licensee shall not enter into any understanding, agreement or arrangement, whether legally enforceable or not, which provides for—

 

(a) rate fixing;

 

(b) market sharing;

 

(c) boycott of a supplier of apparatus; or

 

(d) boycott of another competitor.
