Chapter 1 - Repeal And Savings
Section 274. Dissolution of the Telecommunications Fund.

(1) The Telecommunications Fund is dissolved.

(2) All moneys standing in the Telecommunications Fund shall, on the date of coming into operation of this Act, be transferred to and vested in the Fund established under the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission Act 1998 [Act 589 ].
