What happens to Bitstream Services and Digital Subscriber Line Resale Service once the HSBB Network is deployed in the area?

Once the HSBB Network Services are available in a particular location, Bitstream Services and Digital Subscriber Line Resale Service will no longer be provided in those locations.  Instead, Access Seekers can acquire HSBB Network Service with 

QoS and HSBB Network Service without QoS.

 The Access Provider should publish it on a publicly accessible website within 2 business days.   

 

The Access Provider is also required to provide decommissioning notice as specified in subsection 5.10.1(b) of the MSA to the Access Seekers before Bitstream Services and/or Digital Subscriber Line Resale Service can be decommissioned at the 

particular location.  In addition, subsection 5.10 of the MSA should also be referred to.
