Who are eligible to submit the applications for certifications?

Applicants may fall under one of the following categories: -
 

1. A local applicant which is a Malaysian registered company (importer, manufacturer, authorized agent of importer or manufacturer and network operator);
2. A foreign applicant is a company registered outside Malaysia. To facilitate an application from a foreign applicant the company is required to have a local representative in Malaysia; or
3. An individual or company who has purchased the equipment for their own use only.
