If you are unsure of any requests, instructions or communications you receive, don't hesitate to call your bank helpline for more information. At the same time, be very wary if you get calls from someone claiming to represent your bank. Never ever give out secret information such as your pass phrase, chosen image or your password out to anyone including staff from your bank. If you doubt the identity of the caller, cut the call and dial your bank phone number manually.
