| Amendment Notice No. 1 of 2017 to the Application Information Package No. 1 of 2017 |
| Pursuant to regulation 8 of the Communications and Multimedia (Spectrum) Regulations 2000, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (“Commission”) has issued the Application Information Package No. 1 of 2017 (“AIP”) in making the offer for the spectrum assignment in the frequency bands of 703MHz to 743MHz and 758MHz to 798MHz. |

Pursuant to paragraph 87 of the AIP, the Commission hereby amends the AIP as follows: |

(a)
|
Paragraph 6 of the AIP is amended by substituting for the words “2 January 2018” the words “22 January 2018”. |
(b)
|
Item number 3 of the table in paragraph 14 of the AIP is amended by substituting for the words “2 January 2018” the words “22 January 2018”. |
| (c) |
Paragraph 15 of the AIP is amended by substituting for the words “2 January 2018” the words “22 January 2018”. |
| (d) |
Paragraph 84 of the AIP is amended by substituting for the words “2 January 2018” the words “22 January 2018”. |

This Notice shall be read together with the AIP from the date of this Notice. In this respect, for avoidance of doubt, except as specifically amended by this Notice, all other terms and conditions and requirements stipulated in the AIP shall remain in full force and effect. |
