According to the MCMC Chairman, the MCMC will try its best to ensure that the outcome will be equitable to the relevant parties. The re-allocation is timely with the introduction of 4G services and will benefit consumers and the industry. The major players will be able to offer the latest technology quicker, and at affordable rates in both urban and rural areas.
