Introduction to Numbering and Electronic Addressing Plan (NEAP)

The MCMC publishes the Numbering and Electronic Addressing Plan (NEAP) document to guide the public on utilization of numbers and electronic addresses for provision of affordable services over the national infrastructure.

The NEAP document provides information, assignment, use, revocation and suspension of numbering and electronic addressing resources in line with the licensing framework. The NEAP document is used as references for exploring capacity of numbers and electronic addresses is kept in reserve for potential new services and to facilitate the future expansion of numbering and electronic addressing requirements.
