This shift is aimed in minimising reliance on manual documentation and reducing administrative burden, while simultaneously improving accessibility and convenience for all stakeholders.

Introducing the Digital AA Certificate — a new certificate format with digital features, retaining all assignment information and enabling access anytime.
Implementation of Digital AA Certificate
The implementation of this initiative will commence on 1 July 2026, reflecting MCMC’s commitment to digital transformation and improved accessibility for stakeholders.
*The physical AA certificate will be issued upon request.
Registration to e-Spectra Portal
AA holders may conveniently access their Digital AA Certificate through the e-Spectra portal. Users can easily register, log in, access the assignment information and download the certificate whenever required via https://espectra.mcmc.gov.my/
