Spectrum interference occurs when unwanted radio frequency signals disrupt or degrade the performance of communication services such as mobile networks, broadcasting, or wireless services. It can affect the quality, reliability, or availability of these services for end users.
In the event of spectrum interference, you may submit a Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) complaint to MCMC in accordance with Section 69 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Pursuant to Class Assignment No. 2 of 2025 issued by MCMC on 24 June 2025, Clause 3 (Protection) stipulates that devices operating under the class assignment shall not be afforded protection from any radio frequency interference.
Government entities may seek technical support from MCMC to conduct RFI scanning by submitting a completed RFI Scanning Request via the Spectrum Case Management System (SCMS).
