1) Workshop Overview
This workshop provides an overview of the basic elements of risk communication that are essential in managing public concerns and controversies associated with mobile telecommunication network and infrastructure.
The workshop will outline key concepts of risks and how they are perceived by different segments of society. It will also provides an overview look into the most recent risk communication and risk perception research findings that affect mobile telecommunication roll-out initiatives. This is an open workshop where active participation is encouraged.
