OVERVIEW
This programme aims to introduce participants on measurement activities, fundamental for Quality of Service (QoS) conducted by MCMC. The programme provides QoS from the regulatory perspective, Mandatory Standards and guidelines. Participants will be introduced to Public Cellular Services and Wireless Broadband Access Service basic handling and hands-on use of QoS measurement tools.
CONTENT
- Overview of Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 (CMA 1998)
- Quality of Service (QoS) Standards
- Hands-on learning and demonstration of the QoS tools use by MCMC
PARTICIPANTS PRE-REQUISITE
- Degree in Engineering/Computer Science
- At least 1 year experience in QoS measurement and analysis system
