NOTIFICATION
The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) will be conducting the :
i) The SKMM Annual Hand Phone Users Survey
ii) The SKMM Mobile Broadband Survey 2/2010
This is part of its effort to continuously monitor and improve the performance of the Communications and Multimedia industry in the country.
The survey will begin on 19 November until 31 December 2010. Canvassing hours are from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. The survey will be conducted entirely through the telephone. Please be advised that no monies will be collected nor sales solicited.
Respondents are selected based on telephone numbers which are randomly generated by a computer. Although participation is voluntary, full cooperation is sought from the public to provide the information requested. All information collected will be held in the strictest confidence and will be used only for the purpose of deriving statistics at national level.
